An transmedia experiential learning initiative, the program targets youth ages 9-13 and features instruction in visual design, computer programming and game development, music production and urban agriculture.

The project is aligned with the movement promoting computer programming education for young people to code which recently released a video featuring prominent technology entrepreneurs including Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and many others.

“Ultimately the goal of this course is to help the children internalize fundamental software development concepts early on and pique their interest in developing the associated skills which are broadly applicable outside of computer science.” said Jonathon Johnson, the coding instructor.

Currently we need eight PC computers for participants to develop their projects on. If you are interested in donating please contact Wyking at or call 206.941.2527.
